# Revi Health

> Revi Health is a Swedish private medical clinic specialising in regenerative medicine, performance health, longevity medicine, and preventive diagnostics. We operate four clinics in the Stockholm region (Stockholm City, Sollentuna, Ekerö) and one in Västerås. Founded by Johan Hedevåg, MD.

We provide evidence-based treatments delivered by Swedish-licensed physicians and physiotherapists. Our protocols emphasise diagnostic depth (extensive blood panels, DEXA, ultrasound), shared decision-making, and minimally invasive interventions over surgery where evidence supports it.

## Core services

- **PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)**: Ultrasound-guided autologous PRP injections for osteoarthritis (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, thumb), tendinopathies (tennis elbow, Achilles, plantar fascia, rotator cuff), meniscus and ligament injuries, and muscle injuries.
- **Orthobiologic treatment**: Autologous adipose-tissue–based orthobiologic treatment combined with PRP. A small amount of the patient's own adipose tissue is taken from the abdominal area, processed mechanically during the same visit and combined with the patient's own PRP. The material is injected under ultrasound guidance into the treated joint. No donor cells, cultured cells, enzymatically prepared cell products, exosomes or peptides are used. For advanced osteoarthritis, cartilage and tendon issues.
- **Hormone optimisation (TRT)**: Holistic diagnosis of male hypogonadism. Testosterone enanthate as preferred protocol when indicated. Includes nutritional and lifestyle foundation.
- **Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)**: Bioidentical hormone replacement for menopausal and perimenopausal women. Estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone where indicated. Conservative, evidence-based safety protocols.
- **GLP-1 therapy**: Semaglutide / tirzepatide protocols designed to preserve lean muscle mass and improve body composition, not just weight.
- **NAD+ and longevity protocols**: NAD+ infusions and rapamycin protocols for selected patients within established research evidence.
- **Premium health check**: 65+ biomarkers, DEXA body composition scan, physician video consultation. The entry point to our membership programmes.
- **VO₂ max & lactate threshold testing**: Standalone performance test on a treadmill with direct gas analysis (VO₂ Master) and capillary lactate sampling. Delivers measured VO₂ max, max HR, lactate threshold and personal training zones in HR and pace. From SEK 1,500.
- **Physiotherapy with diagnostic ultrasound**: First-line evaluation for all musculoskeletal conditions before any injection.
