Welcome to Revi Health, a division of Revi Health AB (organization number 559506-3164), dedicated to offering accurate diagnostics and biological treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. Our aim is to empower our patients on their journey towards a healthy, functioning body.

By accessing or utilizing any of the services provided by Revi Health, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Please ensure you read and understand them fully.

Revi Health is dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of healthcare services. These services are designed to help individuals on their journeys towards improved health and functionality and include:

Medical consultations: Available both in-person at our clinics and remotely via our EHR system.

Diagnostics: A wide range of diagnostics, including blood work, radiology, and DEXA scans among others.

Biological treatments: Ultrasound guided injections to improve healing and reduce pain.

Personalized rehab programs: Tailored training programs, nutrition plans, supplement and recovery protocols.

Prescriptions: Issued by licensed medical professionals.

These services are intended to complement, not replace, your primary healthcare provider.

Services are designed for individuals over 10 years of age, possessing a Swedish personal identification number and BankID.

Users are expected to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete health information.
  2. Respect the intellectual property rights of Revi Health and its partners.
  3. Cancel consultations or other services at least 3 days in advance. Failure to comply may result in cancellation fees.
  4. Comply with Swedish laws and act with common decency, refraining from harassment, violence, hate speech, and other inappropriate behaviors. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in termination of access to the services.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Patient Data Law (PDL), Revi Health is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and medical data. Data is collected, stored, and shared with our software partners, including HLTHY, Giddir, Evidia, SYNLAB, Unilabs, InfoSolutions, and Zenfit, for the sole purpose of providing and enhancing the services offered to you. We do not share your data for marketing purposes. All medical data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with PDL.

In line with GDPR, users will be notified of any data breaches affecting their personal data within 3 business days, including details of the breach, potential impacts, and measures taken in response.

We collaborate with various partners, including but not limited to HLTHY, Giddir, SYNLAB, Unilabs, Evidia, and others, to facilitate the delivery of our services. Information shared with these partners is governed by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Our website uses cookies to improve user experience, in accordance with standard practices. By using our website and services, you consent to the use of cookies as described.

Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards through Stripe, Swish, or via invoice for corporate clients.

Terms: Payment is required in advance upon the booking of consultations or within 10 days when invoicing. Subscriptions are billed quarterly and can be canceled at any time. A full refund is available if the service is canceled before commencement. No refunds are provided after the service has started.

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to Revi Health's services are the exclusive property of Revi Health AB. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We adhere strictly to Swedish healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance with PDL, PSL, PL, and HSL, and are regulated by IVO.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Revi Health provides its services on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties beyond those required by law. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users engage with services at their own risk, with Revi Health not liable for indirect damages.

  1. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Revi Health's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, to the extent legally possible.

  1. Termination of Service

Revi Health AB reserves the right to terminate a user's access to services at any time for breach of these T&Cs, without liability.

  1. Feedback and Complaints

Feedback and complaints can be directed to info@revihealth.se. We are committed to addressing all communications promptly and effectively.

  1. Changes to Services and T&Cs

Revi Health reserves the right to modify services and these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to services or terms.

  1. Definitions

"Services" refers to all healthcare services provided by Revi Health, including consultations, diagnostics and treatments.

"User" is any individual who accesses or uses Revi Health's services.

"T&Cs" stands for these Terms and Conditions.

"GDPR" is the General Data Protection Regulation enacted by the European Union.

"PDL" refers to the Swedish Patient Data Law.

"PL" refers to the Swedish Patient Law.

"PSL" refers to the Swedish Patient Security Law.

"HSL" refers to the Swedish Healthcare Law.

"IVO" refers to the Swedish Governing Body Inspektionen för Hälso- och Sjukvård.
