Shipping & Delivery

1. Where we deliver

We deliver only to addresses within Sweden. We currently do not ship orders outside Sweden.

2. Shipping cost

• Shipping 49 SEK for order values below 500 SEK.
• Free shipping from 500 SEK.
• All prices in the shop include VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery time

Orders are processed on business days. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. During holidays and periods of high demand delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Order confirmation and tracking

You receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your purchase. When the order is dispatched you receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information where the carrier provides tracking.

5. Damaged or missing parcels

Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or contents are missing, contact shop@revihealth.se as soon as possible, keep the packaging and photograph the damage. If the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time we help trace it with the carrier.
