Welcome to Revi Health. Our goal is to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care tailored to the individual within performance health, longevity medicine and selected regenerative treatments. These terms and conditions explain how our services work, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

By booking, attending or receiving services from Revi Health, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Purchases of products in Revi Shop are governed by separate terms of sale. See Revi Shop Terms of Sale, Returns & Refunds and Shipping.

1. Scope of Our Services

Revi Health provides private healthcare services, including consultations, diagnostics, health assessments, follow-up, lifestyle and exercise counselling, medical treatment planning and selected procedures and treatments within the scope of our clinical practice.

Certain services may include:

  • advanced diagnostics
  • individualised preventive or longevity-focused care
  • regenerative or biological procedures
  • off-label use of approved medications when a licensed clinician considers this medically appropriate
  • coordination with external healthcare providers, imaging facilities or laboratories

Not all services are suitable for all patients. Revi Health always reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue an assessment, prescription, procedure or treatment if we determine that it is not medically appropriate, not sufficiently safe, not indicated, not lawful or not in the patient's best interest.

2. Individual Assessment and No Guaranteed Outcomes

All care at Revi Health is individualised. Recommendations and treatments are based on the information available at the time, the clinician's medical judgement and the patient's goals, preferences, risk profile and clinical situation.

Medicine is not an exact science. Outcomes vary between individuals, and Revi Health cannot guarantee any specific result, including symptom relief, improved biomarkers, enhanced performance, reduced biological age, tissue regeneration, improved function, prevention of future disease or avoidance of surgery. Where the evidence is limited, emerging, mixed or evolving, this will be communicated as part of the clinical dialogue and consent process.

3. Information, Consent and Your Right to Decide

You have the right to receive information about your care in a comprehensible manner, including expected benefits, relevant risks, alternatives and important uncertainties.

No examination, treatment or procedure is carried out without your consent, except where permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose not to follow a recommendation or to discontinue a treatment, we may explain possible consequences and, where appropriate, recommend an alternative plan or advise against proceeding.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not replace treatment-specific informed consent where such consent is medically or legally appropriate. Revi Health may therefore ask you to complete one or more separate consent forms prior to certain treatments or procedures.

4. Off-Label Prescribing and Individualised Medical Use

In certain cases, a clinician at Revi Health may consider prescribing an approved medication outside its approved summary of product characteristics ("off-label use") when this is deemed medically justified in your individual case.

Off-label use is not routine or automatic. It is considered only after clinical assessment and when the treating clinician believes the expected benefit may justify the risk in the specific situation. Revi Health may decide not to prescribe, continue or renew any medication, including off-label medications, even if it has been previously discussed or used.

You understand that off-label use may involve greater uncertainty than use within the approved indication, including uncertainty regarding efficacy, safety profile, need for monitoring and long-term outcomes.

5. Regenerative and Other Advanced Procedures

Certain procedures offered or discussed by Revi Health, including regenerative, biological or minimally invasive procedures, may involve known and unknown risks, limitations and uncertainties. Depending on the intervention, these may include pain, bleeding, infection, inflammation, lack of improvement, temporary worsening of symptoms, need for repeat treatment or other expected or unexpected side effects or complications.

For such procedures, Revi Health will provide treatment-specific information and may require additional written consent. Revi Health may also recommend further diagnostics, medical assessment, follow-up or referral before or after treatment.

6. Treatments, Substances or Products Not Provided by Revi Health

Revi Health is responsible for the healthcare services that we ourselves provide within the scope of our clinic and licensed clinical operations.

Revi Health is not responsible for:

  • products, substances or compounds purchased, imported, prepared or used independently by you
  • products obtained from third parties outside Revi Health
  • quality, authenticity, sterility, composition, dosage, storage conditions, labelling or legality of externally sourced products
  • self-directed use of peptides, research chemicals, supplements, compounded products or other substances not prescribed or provided by Revi Health as part of an express clinical treatment plan

If you choose to obtain or use substances independently, you do so at your own risk. Any discussion at Revi Health about such substances is intended to promote patient safety and does not mean that Revi Health recommends, prescribes, provides, verifies or assumes responsibility for products obtained or used outside our own care. If independent use creates a medical safety risk, Revi Health may recommend that you discontinue use, seek emergency care, complete follow-up or consult another healthcare provider.

7. Your Obligations as a Patient

In order to provide safe and appropriate care, you agree to:

  • provide complete, accurate and up-to-date health information
  • disclose diagnoses, symptoms, previous procedures, medications, supplements, peptide use and substance use relevant to your care
  • disclose allergies, adverse drug reactions and previous complications
  • inform us if you are pregnant, may be pregnant, are breastfeeding or planning pregnancy when relevant
  • follow instructions regarding preparation, aftercare, monitoring and follow-up that are important for safety
  • seek emergency or immediate care when clinically indicated rather than relying on routine messaging or follow-up
  • contact us promptly if you experience a side effect, complication or unexpected change following a Revi-related treatment

Revi Health may limit or decline care if relevant information is withheld, inaccurate or incomplete, or if follow-up and safety requirements are not met.

8. External Healthcare Providers and Coordinated Care

Revi Health may refer you to, coordinate with or recommend external laboratories, pharmacies, imaging facilities, hospitals, therapists or other specialists. These parties are themselves responsible for their services, decisions, products, systems and timelines.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Revi Health is not responsible for delays, errors, pricing, availability, technical issues or clinical decisions made by third parties.

9. Communication and Digital Services

We may communicate with you via HLTHY, secure messaging, email, SMS or telephone, depending on the matter and what is clinically appropriate.

Digital communication is appropriate for many administrative matters and follow-up issues, but it does not replace emergency care. Do not use routine digital communication for acute or potentially serious symptoms. In an emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate emergency care.

Revi Health strives to respond within a reasonable time but does not guarantee response times unless expressly agreed.

10. Bookings, Cancellations and No-Shows

Bookings, procedures and follow-ups may be subject to separate booking and cancellation policies published by Revi Health from time to time.

If you cancel too late or fail to attend, a fee may apply. If a booked treatment cannot be carried out because necessary medical information, preparation or consent is missing, Revi Health may, depending on the circumstances, treat this as a late cancellation or rescheduling.

11. Membership, commitment periods and payment

Revi Health offers Foundation, Tailor Made and Concierge memberships. Tailor Made and Concierge are individually agreed arrangements. Your accepted offer and order confirmation specify the included services, price, payment method, start date and duration, together with any minimum commitment, notice period and renewal conditions.

Foundation

Foundation is available with either:

  • Monthly card payments and an initial six-month minimum commitment. After this period, membership continues month to month until cancelled.
  • Payment for twelve months in advance, with an initial twelve-month commitment. Payment is by card or, if agreed when joining, by invoice.

Annual Foundation membership paid by card automatically renews for another twelve-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Each renewed twelve-month period is paid in advance by card. The cancellation and refund rights following automatic renewal are set out below.

Annual Foundation membership paid by invoice does not renew automatically. Continuing for another twelve months requires your express agreement. Without a new agreement, membership ends when the agreed period expires.

Tailor Made and Concierge

Tailor Made and Concierge are individually designed arrangements based on your needs and the agreed scope. They may take the form of:

  • An ongoing membership paid monthly or annually.
  • A fixed-term membership paid monthly or annually.
  • An individually scoped arrangement paid through a one-time payment.

Foundation’s standard six- and twelve-month commitments do not automatically apply to Tailor Made or Concierge. Your accepted individual offer specifies the duration, any minimum commitment, and the cancellation and renewal terms, including whether the arrangement ends on an agreed date or renews automatically.

A one-time payment covers the services specified in your accepted offer and does not, by itself, authorise recurring charges. The arrangement may have no predetermined end date, but entitlement to services and benefits remains limited to the agreed scope and any agreed validity period.

Payment methods

Monthly payments are made by card. Annual and one-time payments may be made by card or invoice as agreed.

Payment frequency does not, by itself, determine the contract’s duration or renewal terms. The agreed duration and payment schedule are stated in your accepted offer and order confirmation.

Cancellation and renewal

You may cancel by contacting Revi Health at contact@revihealth.se.

For monthly Foundation membership, one calendar month’s notice applies. Membership ends on the last day of the month following receipt of cancellation, but no earlier than the end of the initial six-month commitment. Fees remain payable until membership ends.

For annual Foundation membership paid by card, you may prevent automatic renewal by cancelling before the renewal date. No full month’s advance notice is required to prevent renewal. Membership then ends at the end of the current annual period.

If your annual card membership has already automatically renewed, you may cancel during the renewed period with one month’s notice from receipt of cancellation. Membership ends when that notice period expires, and you receive a proportional refund for the unused prepaid membership period after the end date. This right applies to automatically renewed periods and does not shorten the initial twelve-month commitment.

For annual Foundation membership paid by invoice, membership ends at the end of the agreed period unless you expressly agree to a further twelve months. No cancellation is needed to prevent automatic renewal because invoice membership does not renew automatically.

For Tailor Made and Concierge, the cancellation, notice and renewal terms are those specified in your accepted individual offer. If the offer provides that the arrangement ends on an agreed date without renewal, no cancellation is needed for it to end on that date.

These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory law.

Withdrawal and early termination

You may withdraw from membership within fourteen days of joining. If you expressly request services during that period, reasonable payment for services already provided may be charged insofar as permitted by applicable law.

After the withdrawal period, the agreed minimum commitment applies, subject to the cancellation and refund right for automatically renewed annual card Foundation memberships described above.

If continued participation is medically unsuitable, Revi Health may agree to pause or end membership early at your request. If membership ends on this basis, the unused prepaid membership period is credited proportionately.

Apart from these rights, early termination or refunds for the remaining membership period are not available unless separately agreed or required by mandatory law.

Prices and membership benefits

Price changes are communicated with reasonable advance notice and do not affect a period already paid or invoiced. Changes for a renewed twelve-month period are communicated before renewal.

Benefits allocated to a membership period do not carry forward and cannot be exchanged for cash. Membership benefits, including Revi Shop discounts, require active membership without unpaid invoices.

For one-time arrangements, the accepted offer specifies the scope and any validity period of benefits.

12. Fees and Payment

Private care at Revi Health is paid for by the patient unless otherwise agreed. Quotations, package contents and pricing may vary depending on clinical need and scope.

If your treatment plan changes based on medical findings, additional diagnostics, visits, materials, laboratory analyses, imaging, medications or follow-up, additional costs may arise. Revi Health strives to communicate this clearly when possible.

13. Complaints, Patient Injury and Insurance

If you are dissatisfied with your care, please contact Revi Health first so that we can review and respond to the matter.

If you believe you have suffered an injury in connection with healthcare, you may in certain cases have rights under applicable patient injury rules and insurance arrangements. Revi Health maintains the insurance and complaint-handling procedures required for our operations.

14. Privacy, Records and Processing of Personal Data

Revi Health processes personal data and health data in order to provide care, administer bookings, document care, communicate with you and fulfil legal obligations.

Patient records are managed in accordance with applicable legislation on patient data and privacy. By using our services, you understand that relevant information may be documented in your record and processed in our clinical systems for lawful care-related purposes.
